差评的力量 本文来自@puting 。 导读:一般商家面对差评第一反应可能是赶紧让这个差评消失,有时候,差评消失了,但也同时失去了一位在乎你的顾客,失去了一次和用户沟通交流并且改进产品服务的机会。面对差评,大家是如何看待的? 经常在淘宝上网购的朋友,可能都有这样的经历:你在淘宝上买了东西,收到货之后不满意,几番理论未解,于是给了一个差评,之后是店家一个电话一个电话的要你把差评改掉,直到你忍受不了电话轰炸,改成好评。 之前还有一个流传甚广的帖子叫没有差评的淘宝,说的也是这样事情,淘宝上的卖家都把差评看成是一件坏事情,千方百计想把差评改成一个个好评,这其中,淘宝平台本身的评价体系的设计也存在一定的原因。可是,差评真的那么可怕吗?答案是未必。本文就来说说差评的好处。 产生差评是必然的 每个人都喜欢听好话,不喜欢听说自己不好的话,这是人之常情,作为企业品牌也是一样的,都希望顾客能喜欢自己的产品和服务,可我们不能满足每一位用户,让世界上每一个用户都说好,这就决定了有差评是正常的一件事情。 关键要看我们对待差评的态度,像淘宝卖家那样,一见差评就要求用户改成好评,除了淘宝网评价体系问题,还有自身对于差评的认识问题,认为出现差评就会影响其他用户的购买,进而影响自己的生意,我想这是大部分人的想法,但事实是,消费者看到没有一个差评的店铺也不觉得就特别相信,反而是哪些好评中夹杂着一两个差评的点评更加可信,从我自身的经验来说,我最后下单的店铺往往不是最先看到的没有一个差评的店铺。 差评的好处 下面结合最新一份由reevoo发布的关于差评的研究报告,看看差评到底有多大的好处。 差评让用户更加信任 在网络上购物,特别是现在这个任何东西都可以作假的年代,信任是用户买你东西的前提条件,用户在浏览店铺的时候,他们希望从别人的评价中获取对你的信任,而一个只有好评的店铺则让用户生疑,而那些有好评也有差评的店铺让用户觉得更加信任,至少是真实的,来自reevoo的一组调查数据是: 68%的受访用户会因为少量的差评而更相信哪些好评; 95%的受访用户如果看不到一个差评,则对哪些好评也会产生质疑; 差评提高用户的参与度 我们很多时候在淘宝上购物的时候,在查看评论的时候,几乎是在寻找一些差评,因为太多的好评让人狐疑,全部的好评让人生疑这其中是不是又托,很多时候我在迟迟不肯下单,直到我从众多的好评中发现了一条差评。 来自reevoo的报告中显示:一般的用户在网上只停留3.2分钟,而那些寻找差评的用户会停留17.6分钟,从访问页面上来看,一般用户平均只会看2页多,而那些寻找差评的用户会浏览差不多9。这个数据表示哪些寻找差评的用户是真心要买东西的用户,他们真正为做购买决定做苦苦的研究。 而一旦用户在你的网站上停留的时间越长,浏览的页面越多,其转化的机会就越大。 差评给你提供了与用户直接交流的机会 正所谓忠言逆耳利于行,用户给你一些差评,就说明是给你一些建议,让你有机会服务的更好,更好的改进产品体验,最可怕的是,很多用户不满意却默默地走了,你却不知道自己的产品和服务到底哪里出问题了。 对于给你差评的用户,你可以忽视他们,也可以去面对他们,为他们解决问题,不仅可以让让一个不满意的顾客变成一个相对满意的顾客,还可以知道自己产品和服务哪些环节需要改进优化,这比起去做一些所谓的用户调研要靠谱多了,而现在社会化媒体如微博就提供了这么一个互动平台,只要企业品牌愿意去倾听,帮助用户解决遇到的问题,相信别的用户在看到差评的同时,也会看到企业品牌是如何对待这样的顾客的。 面对差评,如果企业积极去面对,去帮助客户解决实际问题,让一个不满意的客户变成相对满意的客户,将会有18%的写差评的用户会成为你的忠实用户,91%的用户在差评之后得到良好客户服务的用户会推荐给他们的朋友,其中有30%是在社交网络上告诉朋友的,根据reedoo的数据报告。 所以说,一个差评就是一个机会,为何不去抓住呢? 用户是如何看待差评的? 看差评是为了做全面的评估 现在很多人在购物东西之前都会借助网络来做一些调查,在看评价的时候很多时候都是在寻找一些“差评”,其目的是想看看“像我这样的人”的真实体验,以便做出更好的判断,从而决定是否购买。 差评因人而异 有很多差评,在别人看来不算差评,特别是对于衣服的款式、颜色,因人而异,所以这些差评只是商品的另外一种体现。 真诚对待差评,其他用户也会有理解 比如去淘宝上看到有的店铺下面有很多不好的评论,但是老板都很详细的一条条做了详细的回复,并表达了歉意,对于其他用户来说,他们会支持这样的商家,因为他们能真诚对待每一位用户。 小结 差评不可怕,可怕的是对待差评那种不理不睬、以恶报恶的那种态度,相信很多用户还是通情达理的,他们给出差评是因为自己的利益受到损害,只要用心去对待他们,真心为他们解决问题,他们会把你对他们的好告诉他的朋友的。 大家是如何看待差评的? 本文链接:http://www.socialbeta.cn/articles/bad-reviews-are-good-for-business.html 作者:@puting 参考文章:bad...
